Regine von Stieglitz new President Board of Directors Hotelschool The Hague

The Board of Trustees of Hotelschool The Hague is pleased to announce that, effective from 1 March 2018, Regine von Stieglitz is appointed President of the Board of Directors.
“The Board of Trustees is very proud that we were able to appoint a new President of the Board of Directors from within Hotelschool The Hague. Regine has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2016 and has made significant contribution to our organisation since then. We look forward working with her in this new role”, commented Wolfgang M Neumann, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
Regine von Stieglitz joined Hotelschool The Hague in September 2016 as Director of Operations, and member of the Board of Directors. Since April 2017, she has been appointed as interim Dean, and, lately, she led the school together with the interim President of the Board, Max Merkx.
Prior to joining Hotelschool The Hague, Regine was Board Member of IMMovator Cross Media Network for five years. She served at Hogeschool Inholland as Dean of Faculty Creative Business and Director of the locations The Hague, Rotterdam and Haarlem. Before working at Universities of Applied Sciences, she held several international, board and management functions at KPN for more than ten years and was member of the supervisory board of KPN Belgium and Breednet.
Regine von Stieglitz graduated in ICT and Management at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg and followed a Top Management Training at IMD Business School.

The recruitment process for the second member of the Board of Directors is in progress. Until the finalisation of this appointment, Max Merkx will remain member of the Board of Directors and will support Regine von Stieglitz in the management of Hotelschool The Hague.
